Our party catering package includes Two Meats and One Side
With paper plates, all utensils, our tasty and tempting BBQ sauce
and use of warming dishes for food

 MEATS

Ø     PARTY RIBS (succulent pork ribs, rubbed and smoked to perfection)

Ø     CAROLINA PULLED PORK (smoked for 10 hours to melt in your mouth)

Ø     CHICKEN QUARTER (the best half of a half of BBQ)

Ø     BBQ BEEF BRISKET (so tender it will fall off a fork) 

Ø     CHEESE & PARSLEY SAUSAGE (a great twist on a local favorite)

All meats are slow smoked in a custom 14 foot long BBQ pit over a wood fire.

SIDES

Ø     JAY’S FAMOUS BBQ BEANS (with sausage and pulled pork)

Ø     SECRET POTATO SALAD (we’d tell you the secret but…)

Ø     GRANDMA’S COLESLAW (don’t tell her but ours is great too)
